inOut Kit Tracker is used by traffic management teams to manage kit, vehicles, jobs, QR labels, stock movements, and site records.

Information We Process

The app may process:

• Account sign-in details used to access the service.
• Kit, vehicle, job, and stock movement records entered by users.
• QR scan activity, timestamps, and audit events.
• Camera access for scanning QR labels.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to operate the kit tracking service, show live stock and job records, maintain audit history, and support traffic management operations.

Sharing

Information is not sold. Data may be visible to authorised users within the same company account and may be stored by hosting providers used to run the service.

Camera

Camera access is used only to scan QR labels. The app does not require camera access unless a user opens the scanning workflow.
